Will the Real Estate Market Rebound in 2011?

38 Years of Service and Genderations of Satisfied Customers.

Most reports forecast that the Real estate market will continue to correct itself through 2011 and show real signs of improvement.    We have much to feel hopeful for as we look to the future.  For every seller or lender that was hurt in 2010 a buyer benefitted.

We are fortunate to live in an area with a strong sense of community , visionary leaders, both private and public, and still showing signs of continued growth despite the lingering effects of the sluggish economy.

Average days on the market in the greater Nashville area remain under 100, lenders continue to offer a variety of finance options, and interest rates remain low.  However, as the market rebounds economists warn of rising interest rates, as we have seen the rise over the past few weeks.

As you look towards your future real estate needs, seek FACTS not fears.  Avoid the general media hype and call a trusted advisor for counsel.  We hope you will look to us.  For nearly 40 years, past and present  we have served generations of families.  We have a new saying in our corporate family.  We are generation blue.  Offering a legacy of trust and fully embracing change and innovation, we strive for the perfect blend of past p
resent and future.    Look to generation blue to continue to help you navigate the seas of rea l estate no matter the times.
